Effective Immediately, all students who are SPL and PPL should have their ground class in the afternoon and be scheduled on morning flights. This is to take advantage of calmer winds and have more convenient time to learn strategies and techniques of efficient flying. While CPL students should have their ground class in the morning and have their flights in the afternoon to experience stronger wind that would enhance them to be more effective pilots.

To this effect, No student is allowed to schedule themselves especially during the time of their ground class, unless authorized by the school operation.
